Setup Instructions
To save pictures directly into your OneDrive repair ticket folder:
- Create/open the correct folder in OneDrive (e.g.,
OneDrive/RepairTickets/T12345).
- Change your browser download location:
- Chrome / Edge: Settings → Downloads → Change → Select your repair folder.
- Firefox: Options → General → Files and Applications → Save files to → Select folder.
- After you’re done with captures, reset your browser download folder back to its normal location.
